Organic Hazelnut Kernels

Organic Raw Hazelnuts can be eaten as a snack raw or they can also be roasted.  Add them to muesli, cereal, baked goods, cakes, or make into a nut butter/chocolate spread. Hazelnuts are high in protein, fibre and vitamin E and they are low in fat.
